ApprovabilityVerdict: Approved at Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This is a localized iOS Home presentation change: completed rich rows use an existing completion timestamp for compact and accessibility-friendly elapsed ages, while invalid or missing data retains the existing fallback. It adds focused tests without changing schemas, workflows, defaults, infrastructure, or sensitive code. You can add or adjust custom eligibility rules. Learn more. |

Completed SwiftUI Home threads could appear newly completed after a later update. Rich completed rows now derive their age and VoiceOver text from the latest turn completion timestamp. Invalid or missing completion dates retain the existing last-update fallback.
The refresh preserves the native parent's current collection-row and accessibility context.
